lamanna Residences
Lamanna Residences is a four-storey, four-plex with one unit per floor. The three Lamanna brothers and their mother chose a vacant lot adjacent to Mimico Creek to host multiple generations of the family. Each household will occupy a 2000sf floor with three bedrooms accessible by elevator. The families will share a parking garage which doubles as a ball hockey or basketball court, and an extensive landscape. The landscape with new planting and trees will enhance biodiversity while hosting the play of children. Collectively, these elements create adaptable spaces that will evolve with the family’s needs.
